This forend accessory rail attaches to the forend of the Grayboe Phoenix 2 stock. The Phoenix 2 stock is easily distinguishable from the original Phoenix. Pheonix 2 has one continuous mlok insert and pocket on the bottom of the forend. The original Pheonix has two separate mlok inserts and takes a different arca rail available here.
Assembly is easy, just remove the mlok attachment insert and install the dovetail rail using supplied hardware to the same threaded inserts in the stock.

R1066 GP2 Fits Remington 700 Long Action Stocks
This rail allows attaching accessories to the rifle, and the rifle to a tripod, with standard RRS/ ARCA Swiss 1.5" dovetail clamps.
