Returns and exchanges are handled on a case by case basis with the following to be used as a guideline. Please keep in mind we are not a large enterprise, and not in the business of renting out products. We believe the below criteria will suffice for an honest customer and merchant relationship.

Merchandise and Accessory Returns - for purchases from Sawtooth Rifles LLC and through the webstore.
We can not take returns on Firearms (including Suppressors). No Exceptions. All Sales are final.
Accessories and other merchandise
Unsatisfied with an item? We believe in the products we sell, so if you are unsatisfied with a product we sell, and you can give us in writing a compelling reason why, we may grant a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Returned merchandise must be received by Sawtooth Rifles LLC in new, and resalable condition with all original packaging and documentation. This offer is extended through 30days after delivery of said goods. Please send your RMA requests to the e-mail address below, and if you do not hear from us within 24 hours please follow up with a phone call. If a RMA is approved, return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise expressed in writing by Sawtooth Rifles LLC. The purchase price, minus any shipping charges incurred by Sawtooth Rifles, and a 10% restocking fee for any items over $500, will be returned through the same method of payment as the purchase in a timely fashion after receipt of the returned merchandise in the above required condition. Optics returned with any factory packaging seal cut or removed will incur an additional 5% restocking fee for 15% total. If returned merchandise is not received in the above required condition, we will not accept it, and it will be returned to the customer without payment. Please be advised that this process may take several days for funds to transfer once a return is accepted.
Defective/Faulty Item - In the rare case that merchandise shows up defective, we will do everything within our ability to supply a replacement in a timely fashion. If a replacement is not available do to supplies on hand or available to us, a full refund will be given upon receipt of the defective merchandise. Please use the email address below to contact us for a RMA and follow up with a phone call if you do not get a response within 24 hours.

Shipping of Authorized Returns
Please ship authorized returns to Sawtooth Rifles LLC, 12098 S 4000 W, Riverton UT 84096. Insurance is recommended. Please pass along a tracking number as soon as possible.
